Three pathways into AI, built to be completed properly
Each course stands on its own, and each builds on the one before. Start where you are โ not where a course tells you to be.
Back to HomeHow we structure learning at Bijak AI
Each course follows the same basic shape: a weekly lesson introduces a concept, a short reading deepens it, and an exercise asks you to apply it to something new. Your tutor reads your exercise and responds to it. You move to the next lesson when you are ready.
This is slower than video-only formats, and that is the point. The extra time is where the understanding forms. Our courses do not try to cover everything โ they cover what matters most, with enough room to absorb it.
Weekly lesson
A focused lesson covering one concept โ short enough to read in one sitting, deep enough to require attention.
Exercises and application
An exercise that asks you to apply the concept to a new context. Not a quiz โ something that requires actual thinking.
Tutor feedback
A personal written response from a tutor, addressing what you specifically produced, within five working days.
Introduction to AI Concepts
A gentle overview of what artificial intelligence is and how it works. This course covers key ideas โ what a model is, how training works, what types of problems AI is suited to โ without assuming mathematical background or prior coding experience.
It is designed for professionals from other fields who want to understand AI well enough to work alongside it, manage projects involving it, or simply think more clearly about what they read and hear.
- No prior technical background required
- Short weekly lessons with recorded sessions
- Light exercises to consolidate each concept
- Written feedback from a tutor on your submissions

Machine Learning Fundamentals
A structured course on building and understanding models. The emphasis throughout is on clear reasoning โ understanding why a method works, when to use it, and how to evaluate whether it has worked for your specific problem.
This course is best suited to learners who have some programming familiarity (writing scripts in Python is helpful, though not every week involves code) and who want a solid grounding rather than surface exposure.
- Basic programming familiarity helpful
- Guided projects throughout the course
- Tutor feedback on projects and exercises
- Emphasis on reasoning, not just running code
Building AI Projects
A project-based track where you apply what you have learned to a small, real problem of your own choosing. This is the course where ideas become something tangible โ something you have built, can explain, and have had reviewed by someone who knows the field.
It is intended for those who have completed the earlier modules, or who can demonstrate equivalent grounding. The mentored capstone is the centrepiece โ an honest, supportive review process, not a rubber stamp.
- Work on a problem you choose
- Mentor reads your plan and follows your progress
- Final review is detailed, specific, and honest
- Builds a piece of work you can discuss with others

What every course includes
Secure, private learning space
Your submitted exercises and personal data are handled privately. We do not share learner data with third parties or use it for advertising.
Annual content review
Every course is reviewed at least once a year. When the field changes enough to matter for learners, the content is updated accordingly.
Practitioner-written materials
All course materials are written by people who have worked in data and AI roles, not only in academic or educational contexts.
Five-day feedback turnaround
Submitted exercises receive a personal written response within five working days. You always know your work has been read and considered.
Completion record
Learners who complete a course receive a digital record specifying what was covered. We are clear that this is not an accredited qualification.
Responsive support
Questions receive a response within two working days. We are willing to discuss schedule adjustments when circumstances genuinely require it.
